Weber Gallagher Attorney Geoffrey Lockyer Joins the Partnership
Philadelphia- January 7, 2016 - Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce the election of Geoffrey S. Lockyer to the firm’s Partnership.
Lockyer represents insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation and subrogation matters in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
He has litigated matters before the Delaware Industrial Accident Board, Pennsylvania workers’ compensation judges and the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and also represents insurance carriers in subrogation matters in Delaware before the Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court.
Lockyer drafted the Delaware Workers' Compensation Guide for CLM.
Lockyer is a 2007 graduate of Widener University School of Law, a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University.
Lockyer is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Delaware Bar Association’s Workers' Compensation Section and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
