Philadelphia, PA – August 10, 2016 – Weber Gallagher Partner Julie Kinkopf will speak at the 2016 Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Summit in a program entitled, “How Federal Regulations are Transforming the Workplace,” on October 14 at Penn State’s Great Valley Campus. The Summit, which is attended by hundreds of HR professionals, is one of the premier events in this area for the industry.
Kinkopf, a former General Counsel and firm attorney who has experience representing companies in employment and general litigation matters, defends public and private employers in all areas of employment law and advises managers and business owners.
In her practice she represents clients in employment law including hiring, discipline, termination, leave management, wage and hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation issues, reductions in force and enforcement of non-competition agreements. She also drafts and reviews employee handbooks, personnel forms, employment contracts and severance agreements.
In addition to writing the Weber Gallagher Employment Blog, Kinkopf is a frequent lecturer and writes for numerous publications. Her articles have appeared in the Legal Intelligencer and HR Insights magazine.
