Weber Gallagher Partner Tracy Walsh will present “Sizing Up a Sexual Harassment Case Early and Critical Plaintiff and Defense Considerations From Intake and Retention Through a Responsive Pleading or Early Motion” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education program on June 19th in Philadelphia, PA.
Walsh’s presentation will cover how to shore-up a plaintiff’s case pre-filling, tactical approaches to defending a client pre-answer and the pros and cons of filing a pleading-based motion.
