Philadelphia, PA – March 21, 2014 – Weber Gallagher’s Mount Laurel and Philadelphia offices donated 40 computers with new hard drives to the Camden Education Foundation today. The computers will be used across multiple grade levels to support academic and technology skills, according to Dr. Joyous Carey, Director of Technology for the Camden City School District.
“It’s a pleasure to be able to work with Camden school officials and to help with advancing their technology needs,” said Paul M. Fires, Weber Gallagher’s Managing Partner.
Joseph W. Borucki, a Partner in the firm’s Mount Laurel office, who is also a member of the Lenape Regional High School Board of Education, is spearheading the firm’s work with Camden. “We are excited about having a relationship with the Camden school system,” Borucki said. “Our goal is to find more ways that we can pitch in to help provide better opportunities for young people to achieve and be successful. As a member of a school board, I understand the needs schools have today due to limited financial resources. At Weber Gallagher, we want to be an active part of the solution by contributing however we can to support educational opportunities to allow students to succeed."
