Weber Gallagher Partner Richard S. Ranieri, Chair of the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort Group, will speak about claims in excess of policy limits issues on a panel at the 2015 Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Annual Conference. The panel is called “When Your Policy Limit Isn’t Enough.”
The CLM conference will be held March 25 through 27 in Palm Desert, California.
Ranieri practices in the areas of general liability, construction and product liability matters on behalf of self-insured entities, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
In his practice, Ranieri also handles complex environmental litigation claims. His matters include those involving genetically modified organisms, landfill contamination and hazardous spills. Ranieri also represents self-insured entities, insurance companies and third-party administrators in general liability, construction and product liability matters. He handles claims in multiple state and federal courts and works with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.
