Benjamin represents healthcare providers in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation in Federal and states courts. He also defends employers, healthcare professionals, businesses, and insurers in general liability and subrogation matters through Pennsylvania.

In Benjamin’s practice, he handles matters for national insurance companies involving premises liability, property liability, commercial litigation, and employment issues. In addition, Benjamin handles subrogation matters for insurance and self-insured companies.
