Nicholas Pasciullo lead a workshop entitled “Reinsurance: Adjusting the Complex Claim from Inception to Resolution” at the Loss Executives Association’s 88th Annual Educational Summer Conference in Hamilton, Bermuda, from June 12-14. The panelists discussed best practices for reinsurance claims management and conflict resolution in the quota share market from their experiences as in-house claims managers, independent adjustors and attorneys.
