Calculate Workers' Compensation Awards Using OSCAR

The New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation has launched a new web-based OSCAR-CALCS program.

OSCAR is used to calculate workers' compensation awards, including partial total awards, awards on "Re-Openers," Abdullah credits, Section 40 liens and Social Security offsets.

The benefits of this new program include that the rates are automatically updated and the program is now more easily accessible from any web device.
