New Jersey Workers' Compensation Alert - Update April 22, 2020

In keeping with the goal of Governor Murphy to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation has extended the closure of the courts but for essential personnel until May 11, 2020. The previous guidelines are still in place and noted below in the April 22, 2020 Memo from Director and Chief Judge Russell Wojtenko, Jr.
