New Judge Appointments

We wanted to let you know that three new Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Judges have been appointed to the Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication and seven Judges have been reassigned to other offices. Below you will find information about the new appointments as well as the transfers. Please contact us if you have any questions about how this might affect your cases.
 
Harrisburg: Jeffrey Russell – Effective May 5th
Since 1995, Mr. Russell has been an attorney with several large law firms that represent employers and insurers. He has been working for O'Malley and Magley in Pittsburgh since 2007, handling all aspects of its workers’ compensation cases.
 
Pottsville: Nathan Pogirski – Effective May 5th
Mr. Pogirski has represented both employers/insurers and injured workers. He presently is employed by Post & Schell.
 
Wilkes-Barre: Daniel Snyder – Effective May 19th
Mr. Snyder has been an attorney representing employers and insurers since 2000, most recently with White and Williams LLP.
 
Existing Judge moves: 
 
Judge Kutz from Pottsville to Harrisburg;
Judge Weyl from Harrisburg to Lancaster;
Judge Hetrick from Lancaster to Reading;
Judge Puhala from Reading to Allentown;
Judge Beach from Allentown to Philadelphia;
Judge Jones from Washington to Pittsburgh;
and Judge Santoro from Philadelphia to New Castle.
