Weber Gallagher Partner Christian A. Davis will speak about social media at the Westmoreland Human Resources Association (WHRA) Annual Conference on May 21, at the Fred Rogers Center in Latrobe, PA. His presentation is entitled, “Effective Use of Social Media and Internet Investigations in Workers’ Compensation and General Liability Settings.”
The WHRA is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management and works to provide educational programs, informational updates and networking opportunities for human resources professionals in the region.
In his practice, Davis defends insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.
He is experienced in both the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act and under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He has received certification from the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law.
