Theresa D. Giamanco, and Christine C. McGuigan joined Weber Gallagher as associates this month..
Giamanco will practice in the firm’s Employment Group. She will be based in the Philadelphia office. Giamanco was an associate in a Burlington County, NJ, firm where she represented clients in civil litigation matters including employment cases, breach of contract, premises liability and casualty law issues. From September 2010 to August 2011, she was a law clerk for the Honorable John T. Kelley, J.S.C.; Family Division, Camden County. She is currently Vice President of the New Jersey Defense Association Southern Region and Co-Chair of its Young Lawyers Committee. Giamanco is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
McGuigan will practice in the firm’s General Liability Group. She will be placed in the Philadelphia office. McGuigan was previously an associate general counsel and attorney underwriter for Peachtree Financial. She has provided strategic advice and legal counsel to senior leadership. Before joining Peachtree, McGuigan was a senior litigation associate at a Philadelphia firm where she worked with clients including financial institutions, leasing companies, sports and entertainment venues, technology firms and a variety of businesses. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
