Jeffrey D. Newby Will speak on the “Legal vs. Medical Definitions” panel at the New Jersey Special Investigators Association (NJSIA)

Weber Gallagher attorney Jeffrey D. Newby will speak on the “Legal vs. Medical Definitions” panel at the New Jersey Special Investigators Association (NJSIA) annual meeting on November 6, in Jamesburg, New Jersey.

The NJSIA is a nonprofit group providing information and educational opportunities for those involved in the workers’ compensation field.  The group also monitors trends in the industry.

Newby is a veteran New Jersey trial attorney who has handled thousands of workers' compensation defense cases. His clients include Fortune 500 companies along with mid-size and small businesses. He counsels clients from a wide range of industries and is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
