David Greene and Peter Weber Speak at PBA Workers’ Compensation Law Section

Weber Gallagher Partners David G. Greene and Peter J. Weber spoke today at the Fall Section Meeting of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law Section meeting.  Greene’s panel was entitled, “Top 10 WC Cases of the Last 100 Years – Why They are Still Important Today.”  Weber’s panel was an update of recent developments in workers’ compensation cases.

Greene, Co-Chair of Weber Gallagher’s Workers’ Compensation Group, is also author of several chapters of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Practice & Procedure manual that is considered the “Bible” on workers’ compensation law in Pennsylvania.

Weber is a founding Partner of the firm and who has practiced workers’ compensation law more than 40 years and for three decades wrote for the Practice & Procedure manual.
