Joseph Goldberg Speaks on Legal Challenges in Handling Dangerous Patients

Weber Gallagher Partner Joseph Goldberg (Philadelphia) spoke at the National Conference on Correctional Health Care conducted by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) in Dallas on October 20. His talk was entitled, “Legal Challenges in Handling Imminently Dangerous Patients.”

Goldberg, who is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Group and Chair of the Civil Rights and Municipal Liability Group, defends private employers, municipalities, religious institutions and professionals along with public and private institutions of higher education. The matters he handles include catastrophic loss (on behalf of trucking and motor coach clients), civil rights, employment law, municipal liability, product liability, psychiatric malpractice and sexual abuse and assault (defense).

Goldberg has an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
