Jennifer Laver Appointed to Character Committee by State Supreme Court

Mount Laurel, NJ – September 6, 2016 - Weber Gallagher Partner Jennifer G. Laver has been appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Character.  The Committee reviews the character of candidates for admission to the New Jersey Bar.

In her law practice, Laver defends insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators in New Jersey workers’ compensation and general liability matters. She also works with insurance companies to help recover from negligent parties payments made to their insureds in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  She has experience with mediation and conciliation.

Laver also assists companies with employment issues including preparing and reviewing employee handbooks and employment applications, counseling employers on best practices to avoid litigation and the interplay of employment and workers' compensation.
