Christian Davis and David Greene Moderate and Present at Tough Problems Program

Philadelphia, PA – March 20, 2016 - Weber Gallagher Partner Christian A. Davis, Chair of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Group, will moderate the “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation 2017” Pennsylvania Bar Institute program on April 3, 24 and 27.  Davis was also a course planner of the event.  David G. Greene, Co-Chair of the firm’s three-state Workers’ Compensation Group, will present “Pennsylvania Case Law Update” at the program.

The April 3 CLE course will be in Philadelphia, followed by the Pittsburgh course on April 24 and the Mechanicsburg course on April 27.  For more information and registration, see www.pbi.org.

In his practice, Greene counsels employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators on how to best manage their Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims and provides risk management advice.  Greene is a member of the Practice and Procedure Committee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a group of workers' compensation judges and experienced attorneys who work to make recommendations to enhance practice for both judges and attorneys. He taught the "Tough Problems” Course for PBI for more than 15 years and now writes chapters in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Workers' Compensation Practice & Procedure manual that is considered the "Bible" on workers' compensation law in the state.

Davis defends insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.  He received certification from the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law.
