Christian Davis Presents at the Annual Meeting of DCRB and PCRB

Philadelphia, PA –April 3, 2016– Weber Gallagher Partner Christian Davis will speak at the Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau, Inc. and Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau Annual Meetings in Philadelphia on April 26.  Davis will discuss the developments resulting from Duffey v. WCAB and Protz v WCAB and the possible impact these decisions may have on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claim adjudication.

In his legal practice, Davis defends insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.  He received certification from the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law,
