Carolyn  Mirabile Appointed To Hearing Committee Of Disciplinary Board Of The Supreme Court Of Pennsylvania

Norristown, PA – May 15, 2017 – Weber Gallagher Partner Carolyn R. Mirabile has been appointed a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Her term of appointment is for three years in District II beginning July 1 of this year. The Committee is responsible for hearing cases and reviewing files concerning attorneys in its District.

As a family law attorney, Mirabile has handled hundreds of cases in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties. In her practice, she has represented clients in contentious custody cases and complex divorces using forensic experts and custody evaluators.

She has also argued cases on appeal before the Superior Court and Supreme Court.  She is experienced in mediation and is a court-appointed custody mediator and has presented mediation training programs.

Mirabile is a frequent author and lecturer on family law issues.

In January 2017, Mirabile completed her term as the 131st President of the Montgomery Bar Association.  The Association is the third largest Bar in Pennsylvania with more than 2,000 members.  Mirabile was the fourth woman President in the history of the organization.
