Bedminster, NJ – November 2, 2017 – Weber Gallagher Partner John C. Kutner will speak at the 2018 Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference in Hershey in June. Kutner will discuss medical marijuana and its effect in workers’ compensation claims.
The annual conference, attended by attorneys and judges, is put on by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
In his practice, Kutner defends Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in various areas of law including employment and workers’ compensation. He also handles workers' compensation litigation for large transport companies. Kutner is well versed in state and federal marijuana laws and their impact on employers with regard to employer/employee rights, workers' compensation and the effect they may have on insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
