Philadelphia, PA – November 27, 2017 – Sean P. O’Mahoney joins Weber Gallagher this week as an associate in the Medical Malpractice, Civil Rights and Municipal Liability and Professional Liability Groups. O’Mahoney comes to Weber Gallagher from a firm in West Conshohocken, PA.
At his previous firm, O’Mahoney concentrated his defense practice on professional negligence matters in long-term care centers and nursing home. He represented clients at mediations and arbitrations.
As a student, O’Mahoney worked in the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Brian Van Couyghen, Kent County Superior Court in Warwick, R.I. Before attending law school, he was a paralegal for Dewey & LeBoeuf in Washington, D.C. He also served as a legal intern for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, Narcotics & Organized Crime Unit.
O’Mahoney is a 2012 graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where he also earned an M.S. in criminal justice. He is a 2007 graduate of Dickinson College where he received a B.A. majoring in political science.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington D.C. and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
