Mount Laurel, NJ – December 14, 2017 – Weber Gallagher Partner Mark S. Setaro will speak at the Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Conference in Princeton, NJ, on December 18. His presentation is entitled, “Motions for Medical and Temporary Disability Benefits: Emerging Issues and Solutions.” Setaro will be presenting with Richard B. Rubenstein, Esquire.
In his legal practice, Setaro represents insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Setaro, who is based in the firm’s Mount Laurel office, handles matters ranging from basic work injuries to cases of advanced occupational medical conditions. He appears before state courts in New Jersey and handles appeals before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He is a New Jersey Certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer. Previously, Setaro headed up the house counsel workers’ compensation department for a large insurance company in New Jersey.
