Weber Gallagher Opens a New Castle, Delaware Office, Stephen Dryden Joins the Firm

New Castle, DE – January 2, 2018 – Weber Gallagher is opening a new office in Delaware and is pleased to welcome Stephen F. Dryden to the firm’s partnership. Dryden, who will head the New Castle office, has practiced law in Delaware and Pennsylvania for more than 30 years. New Castle will be the firm’s tenth office, and will have attorneys from our General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Groups.

Dryden defends general liability matters. His clients include national car rental companies, restaurant chains, big box stores, pharmaceutical companies and retail drug stores.  Dryden has been a solo practitioner for the past six years. In his practice, he has had extensive multi-district litigation experience, being defense litigation counsel in both the Ephedra MDL proceedings and the Vioxx MDL proceedings. He was also involved in representing the retail drug concerns in the Baycol litigation in Nevada and the Zicam litigation in Arizona.

Dryden received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from University of Delaware.  He was raised in Delaware and has lived and practiced law there most of his life. In addition to Pennsylvania and Delaware, he is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
