Philadelphia, PA – January 8, 2018 – Michael Daniel Rosenfeld joins Weber Gallagher this week as an associate in the General Liability Group. Rosenfeld comes to Weber Gallagher from a firm in Philadelphia.
At his previous firm, Rosenfeld concentrated his defense practice on construction defects, premises liability, cyber security and data protection, product liability and hospitality/dram shop liability.
During law school, Rosenfeld was a law clerk for the Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P., New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Mercer County, and a research assistant for Professor Craig Green at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He was also a law clerk at a Philadelphia firm.
Rosenfeld, who will be based in Weber Gallagher’s Philadelphia office, is a 2015 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers and President of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is a 2012 graduate of University of Pittsburgh where he earned a B.A. majoring in history.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
