Tracy Walsh Presents at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Handling a Sexual Harassment Case”

Weber Gallagher Partner Tracy Walsh will present “Sizing Up a Sexual Harassment Case Early and Critical Plaintiff and Defense Considerations From Intake and Retention Through a Responsive Pleading or Early Motion” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education program on June 19th in Philadelphia, PA.

Walsh’s presentation will cover how to shore-up a plaintiff’s case pre-filling, tactical approaches to defending a client pre-answer and the pros and cons of filing a pleading-based motion.  The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is professional networking and educational group for attorneys in Pennsylvania.  The organization provides Pennsylvania attorneys with comprehensive and accessible education to enhance their legal practice.

Walsh is Chair of the Employment Practice at Weber Gallagher.  Walsh’s’ practice includes defending employers in discrimination and harassment litigation in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Walsh’s practice also includes providing risk management advice, guidance and training to employers and management personnel on matters including handbooks and policies, on-site anti-harassment training, FMLA and ADA compliance, and discipline and termination strategies.
