Philadelphia, PA- June 3, 2019- Weber Gallagher Partner Mark S. Setaro, Chair-Elect of the Workers’ Compensation Section, Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, served as moderator for the Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Conference earlier this month in Atlantic City.
The program was part of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting held from May 15 – 17.
In his legal practice, Setaro represents insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He handles matters ranging from basic work injuries to cases of advanced occupational medical conditions. He appears before state courts in New Jersey and handles appeals before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Setaro is a New Jersey Certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer.
Before joining Weber Gallagher, Setaro headed up the house counsel workers’ compensation department for a large insurance company in New Jersey.
