Pittsburgh, PA- July 2, 2019- Nicholas A. Pasciullo presented a program in June with an esteemed panel of insurance executives entitled, “Reinsurance - Adjusting the Complex Claim from Inception to Resolution.”
The program at the Loss Executives Association education conference in Bermuda detailed the relationship and obligations between Primary Insurers and Reinsurers and the steps necessary for acknowledging, investigating, verifying, coordinating and resolving claims; highlighting best practices for Primary and Reinsurance claims management, outside adjusters and consultants as well as demonstrating the integration of all claims’ investigation activities with an appropriate claims resolution.
In his legal practice, Pasciullo represents domestic and international underwriters in property, cyber and energy and engineered risks insurance matters throughout the United States. He provides coverage and defense services to his clients, developing and coordinating legal strategies that avoid or reduce conflicts during the adjustment of claims and where disputes arise, developing and executing detailed litigation plans designed to resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, including through alternative dispute resolution, mediation and litigation.
