(Philadelphia, PA – October 15, 2019) – Weber Gallagher Associate, Kenneth E. Sharperson, joined the Garden State Bar Association (GSBA) for their forum regarding insurance coverage for intellectual property claims on September 26. The program was part of GSBA’s substantive law series.
During this forum, Sharperson discussed intellectual property basics for attorneys, companies and entrepreneurs. He and the other panelist discussed cover trademark, copyright and patent law as well as important considerations for agreements with employees, independent contractors and vendors relating to use and ownership of intellectual property.
