(Philadelphia, PA – February 27, 2020) – Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce the arrival of Sarah M. Rocco, Laura Seider, Justin Shickman, Kristen Swift and Kelsi Feldman to the firm. Rocco joins the firm’s general liability practice group and is located in the New York City Office. Seider and Shickman join the firm’s commercial transportation group and work in the Philadelphia Office. Swift joins the firm’s new office location in New Castle, DE, and works in the general liability, workers’ compensation and employment practice groups. Feldman joins the workers’ compensation practice group in the Mt. Laurel Office.
Rocco comes from a New York firm where she handled commercial premises liability, labor law and construction liability matters. She previously represented clients in workers’ compensation matters as well.
Seider focuses her practice on defending commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers. She has experience in state and federal courts involving a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases. She has previously defended commercial clients, including self-insured retailers, construction companies, restaurants and commercial property owners in commercial liability, premises liability and contractual claims.
Shickman started with Weber Gallagher as a summer law clerk and continued to work at Weber Gallagher through his final year at law school. He concentrates his practice on representing commercial transportation companies and employers. Shickman also defends clients in civil rights and municipal matters.
Swift comes from a Delaware firm where she worked with clients on civil litigation matters. She has experience defending fortune 500 companies in state, federal and administrative proceedings. Previously, Kristen was an in-house attorney for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
Kelsi focuses her practice on defending businesses in workers’ compensation matters. She previously clerked for The Honorable Michael R. Ostrowski Jr., J.S.C.
