Philadelphia, August 24, 2020 — Weber Gallagher is proud to announce that it has joined the Law Firm Anti-Racism Alliance (LFAA) as a charter member. The LFAA is a national collaborative effort between nearly 150 law firms, working together to amplify the voices of the communities and individuals oppressed by racism. Dedicated to seeking out and eradicating systemic racism, the LFAA uses the law as a vehicle for meaningful change and to promote racial equity within the legal industry.
“We are proud to stand hand-in-hand with the many great firms that have decided to combat racial inequity and systemic racism by being part of this important organization,” said firm chairman Andrew Indeck. “Diversity and inclusion are a key pillar of our firm, and we’re consistently doing our part to make a difference.”
From sponsoring events, to attending and participating in key programs and seminars, to writing articles for local and national media outlets, to being involved in numerous community outreach programs and initiatives — diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything Weber Gallagher does as a firm.
