Shorr has more than 25 years of experience litigating hundreds of cases across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and in federal courts. With a focus on premises liability, she represents national supermarkets, restaurant and retail chains, shopping malls, airlines, department stores, and other commercial property owners in high-exposure litigation matters. Shorr’s strong litigation experience includes premises, general, and automobile liability, insurance fraud, and defense of dram shop claims. Additionally, Shorr is a regular speaker on a myriad of legal topics affecting commercial property owners.
