Philadelphia, January 10, 2022 — Weber Gallagher continues to expand on its insurance and litigation service offerings by welcoming partner Kathleen J. Devlin to the firm. Devlin joins our Insurance and Litigation practices and will reside in the firm’s Bedminster, NJ office.

Devlin has nearly 30 years of experience, advising insurers and litigating coverage issues pertaining to a multitude of insurance policies, including professional liability, commercial property and casualty, directors and officers, errors and omissions, general liability, employment practices liability, and public entity and public officials. Devlin represents insurers in a variety of matters, addressing coverage issues and disputes through opinions, arbitration, mediation, and declaratory judgment actions.

In addition to insurance coverage, Devlin is a seasoned appellate attorney, and she has litigated toxic tort and mass tort matters, some of which include the Mahwah Toxic Dump Mass Tort Litigation, asbestos, and arsenic, as well as lead and benzene exposure cases. Devlin has also handled First Amendment and library law matters.
