Weber Gallagher partner David Rosenberg was presented with the All Star award from firm client Altec Industries, Inc. at Altec’s March Counsel Meeting. The All Star award is presented annually to legal services providers in recognition of excellent legal representation and outstanding results.
Rosenberg and the Weber Gallagher team of Travis McElhaney, Meghan Adkins and Jennifer Damon were recognized with the award for years 2020 and 2021. During those years, the team represented Altec on two Federal Court cases that were dismissed.
Altec is a leading provider of products to the electric utility, telecommunications and contractor markets in over 100 countries throughout the world. Weber Gallagher represents Altec in products liability defense related to accidents involving these types of products.
Rosenberg defends clients in premise, product and general liability cases, insurance matters, commercial litigation and employment issues. At the outset of a case, he develops a litigation analysis focused on cost-effectiveness and recommends alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Rosenberg’s clients include insurers and their insureds, from a variety of businesses and professions.
