Weber Gallagher Partner Carolyn R. Mirabile Appointed  Co-Chair of Montgomery Bar Association’s Bench Bar Committee

01.23.23

Philadelphia, January 23, 2023 — Carolyn R. Mirabile, Weber Gallagher partner, has been appointed by the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) President as co-chair of the organization’s Bench Bar Committee for 2023.

Mirabile is past president of the MBA and also past co-chair and a current member of the Association's diversity committee. She serves as the Zone 9 Governor for the Pennsylvania Bar Association representing Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in the House of Delegates.

This long-standing Bench Bar Committee maintains and fosters the great relationship between the MBA and the Judges of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, and it serves as the primary vehicle for the exchange of information between the Bench and the Bar. In addition, the committee allows the MBA and its members to forward ideas and suggestions to the Bench and enables the Bench to request feedback from the MBA concerning proposed rules and administrative changes within the court.

“The Montgomery Bar Association is a leader in the Pennsylvania legal community, and I have found my prior roles serving the Association and its members engaging and rewarding,” said Mirabile. “I am humbled and proud to be appointed Bench Bar Committee co-chair and look forward to furthering our mission through new responsibilities.”

Established in 1885 to professionalize the county’s practice of law, the MBA is one of our nation’s oldest and most respected Bar Associations, representing over 2,100 legal professionals in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Now, as then, the MBA exists to uphold legal and ethical standards in our legal community. As the third largest Bar in Pennsylvania, the MBA has a longstanding tradition of service to its membership and the community.

Based in Weber Gallagher’s King of Prussia office, Mirabile concentrates her practice on all aspects of divorce, support, custody, property distribution, and drafting of marital settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements. She assists her clients in navigating complex family law issues such as child support, division of assets, protection from abuse orders, alternative family issues, alimony, grandparents' rights, cohabitation agreements, alternative family issues, and more. As an experienced trial attorney, Mirabile has handled hundreds of complex family law cases in the Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
