Last year in May 2022, Weber Gallagher opened its 10th office in Chicago with the addition of two distinguished insurance attorneys. These significant milestones show Weber Gallagher's ongoing dedication to growth and a larger initiative to diversify client services and extend its geographical reach according to clients’ needs and requests.

Garcia is a Miami native with more than 24 years of civil litigation experience and defends clients on a wide variety of claims litigating cases in state and federal courts. Garcia focuses on premises liability and personal injury matters in the restaurant and retail space. He also handles a wide array of matters and disputes involving franchise agreements between franchisors and franchisees. Additionally, Michael handles general liability, professional negligence, and wrongful death claims. Garcia serves as local counsel to numerous nationwide retailers. Villa de Rey also handles cases involving premises liability, personal injury, and general liability and has a focus on the maritime industry.
