Christian A. Davis Partner at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, has been certified as specialists in Workers' Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Davis is among a small group of lawyers that participated in the bar association's first exam for this certification.
The certification acknowledges that the attorneys have demonstrated the required level of skill, expertise, and years of practice to be certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Having the certification gives consumers guidance when choosing lawyers to handle their cases and provides lawyers the opportunity to highlight their knowledge in the area of workers' compensation law to current and prospective clients.
Davis devotes the majority of his practice to defending Workers' Compensation matters in state and federal court on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators.
