Kurt Walsh and Mark Setaro were Elected as Fellows of the College of Workers' Compensation

Philadelphia, March 21, 2013 - Kurt Walsh and Mark Setaro, Partners at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, were inducted as fellows of the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers.

The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers honors those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers' compensation.  Members are nominated for the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of twenty years or longer. The ceremony took place during the American Bar Association's 2013 Workers' Compensation Midwinter Conference.

Walsh devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation and general liability matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.

Setaro devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation in New Jersey on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He has concentrated his practice in the field of workers' compensation since 1987 and was part of the first group of attorneys in New Jersey to be certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers' Compensation Law attorney.
