Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP is pleased to announce James Wescoe has joined the firm as a Partner in the Commercial Transportation Group and Patrick Downey has joined the firm as an Associate in the group. Both attorneys are located in the firm's Philadelphia office and handle case in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and locations throughout the United States.

Wescoe focuses his practice on commercial transportation, contracts, trucking liability defense and in the area of cargo claims. Downey focuses his practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers.
