Jeffrey D. Newby is the New Jersey managing partner and co-chair of the firm’s workers’ compensation group. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a workers’ compensation law attorney, Newby has testified before the New Jersey Senate and has met with its members to discuss legislative changes. He has been selected as a lecturer for the NBI, Lorman Education Services, SEAK and the Council on Litigation Management.
Richard S. Ranieri, chair of the firm’s environmental litigation group, focuses on general and products liability defense, as well as environmental, transportation and toxic tort litigation. Practicing in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and in federal courts nationwide, Ranieri is nationally certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
