Matthew G. Laver, an associate at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, has been selected by The Legal Intelligencer as a 2013 Lawyer on the Fast Track, one of only 38 honorees in Pennsylvania. An eight-member judging panel composed of evaluators from all corners of the legal profession and the state chose the attorneys to receive this honor.

Mr. Laver devotes his practice to representing clients in general liability matters, and specializes in defending clients in professional liability matters.
Before joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Laver was a law clerk to the Honorable Pamela Pryor Dembe, President Judge, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and the Honorable Albert W. Sheppard, Jr., Commerce Program, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Laver serves as an Executive Committee Member of both the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society. He is Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Laver is also a certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Arbitration Center.
