Philadelphia – Christian A. Davis, a Partner at Weber Gallagher, was inducted as a fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers last week.

The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers honors those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers' compensation.  Members are nominated for the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of 20 years or longer. The ceremony took place in Chicago at the annual Induction Dinner during the American Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Midwinter Seminar and Conference.

Davis defends clients in workers’ compensation matters in state and federal court.  He is experienced in both the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act and under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He represents insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. Based on his extensive experience, The Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section has certified him as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law.

In addition, Davis served as a law clerk for past President Joseph T. Doyle of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1994.
