Weber Gallagher Partner Richard Ranieri will give a speech entitled, “Alternative Dispute Resolution - Dancing with the Stars: Maximizing Your Mediation,” at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Annual Conference in Boca Raton, FL, from April 9 through 11.
The annual conference features more than 80 collaborative educational sessions and presentations.
Ranieri is Chair of the Environmental/Tort group at Weber Gallagher. He also practices in the areas of general liability, construction and product liability matters on behalf of self-insured entities, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
He is certified nationally as a Civil Trial Advocate; certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court; recently argued before New Jersey Supreme Court on the issue of Statutory Construction for lawsuit bars (statutes of repose); successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court causing a change in the law for municipal liability and conditions of public property; successfully argued an appeal that changed New Jersey state law on Dram Shop liability for foreseeability; and tried to verdict as first Chair over 50 jury and 15 non-jury trials.
Ranieri lectures throughout the country on mass tort and toxic tort issues and was named a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America Society (National Honorary Society of Senior Trial Attorneys). He has achieved an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
