Kutner, resident in the firm’s Warren office, concentrates his practice on defending insurance carriers, self-insured companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He regularly appears before New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Court and also has significant experience in franchise law, where he represents both franchisors and franchisees.
Laver, resident in the firm’s Mount Laurel office, focuses her practice on defending insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators in New Jersey workers’ compensation and general liability matters. She also has experience with mediation and conciliation and works with insurance companies to recover from negligent parties payments made to their insureds in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
McElhaney, resident in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, concentrates his practice on insurance-related litigation, including subrogation and coverage disputes on behalf of regional, national and international insurance companies. He defends corporations, insurance companies and third-party administrators in general liability matters. He also handles general liability litigation for corporations, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
