Philadelphia – Matthew G. Laver, a Weber Gallagher associate, has been appointed to serve on the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) Executive Committee. The PADC participates in pro bono work, assists in efforts to improve the court system and provides opportunities for attorney professional development.
Laver concentrates his legal practice on professional liability and has experience in the defense of lawyers. He also handles major litigation, including the defense of companies in product liability actions.
In 2013, the PADC gave Laver its Young Lawyer Award for dedication as a defense attorney and for promoting the highest ideals of justice in the community.
