Carolyn Mirabile Speaks on Custody Evaluations and Trial Preparation

Norristown, PA – April 11, 2014 – Weber Gallagher Partner Carolyn R. Mirabile will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program “How to Review a Custody Evaluation and Prepare for Trial,” on Monday, June 23, at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia.

Mirabile is also on the course planning team for the daylong CLE seminar.  Forensic psychologist Gillian Blair will be speaking.  Topics to be covered include whether you need a custody evaluator and if so what the scope of the evaluation should be, alternatives to evaluation, pros and cons of a guardian ad item or counsel for the child and how to select an evaluator. 

Mirabile concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, support, custody, property distribution and drafting of marital settlement agreements.
