Peter J. Weber and Jeffrey M. Seyfried will be speaking at the 13th Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference

Philadelphia – Weber Gallagher attorneys Peter J. Weber and Jeffrey M. Seyfried will be speaking at the 13th Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference in Hershey on June 2 and 3. They will cover topics including changes in workers’ compensation law, subrogation and legal hurdles in defending cases.    

Weber, a founding Partner of the firm who is based in the Philadelphia office, will be on a panel entitled “Legal Updates,” that will be presented several times during the conference.

Seyfried, an associate in the Harrisburg office, will be on a panel entitled, “Basic Subrogation & Liens:  Whose Money is it Anyway?”  The panel will give an understanding of subrogation and liens under Section 319 of the Workers’ Compensation Act.

Weber and Seyfried concentrate their practices on workers’ compensation defense. Their clients include employers, insurance companies, self-insureds and third-party administrators.

The conference is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
