Christopher P. Deegan Speaking at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals

Pittsburgh, PA  Weber Gallagher Partner Christopher P. Deegan has been selected to speak at the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference November 9 – 12, in Orlando, FL.  He will speak with an engineer from ARCCA, a national forensic engineering firm, on the topic, “Subrogation of Equipment Accidents and Industrial Claims.”

Deegan, who also presented at the 2007 and 2008 NASP Annual Conferences, focuses his civil and commercial litigation practice on general liability, product liability and subrogation.  He has handled and tried numerous cases involving product liability, premises liability, construction defects, toxic torts, automobile accidents and contract disputes.  He has represented various industries and clients including insurance carriers, manufacturers, contractors, retail establishments and property owners. 

NASP provides educational opportunities for subrogation professionals, including insurance claims professionals, attorneys and service providers.  NASP's mission is to enhance the stature and effectiveness of subrogation and recovery professionals through education, advocacy and the exchange of information.
