Joseph Goldberg Presents at Correctional Mental Healthcare Conference

Joseph Goldberg, Partner and Chair of the Litigation Department at Weber Gallagher, was a presenter at the 2014 Correctional Healthcare Conference held in Denver.

Goldberg presented “Treatment of Seriously Ill Prisoners Can Be Hazardous to Your Health.”  The program addressed issues which are commonly raised in lawsuits against medical professionals who treat prisoners in a correctional setting. 

Goldberg defends private employers, municipalities, religious institutions and professionals along with public and private institutions of higher education.  The matters Goldberg handles include catastrophic loss (on behalf of trucking and motorcoach clients), civil rights, employment law, municipal liability, product liability, psychiatric malpractice and sexual abuse (defense).
