David G. Greene Appointed to the New Practice and Procedure Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association

Weber Gallagher Partner David G. Greene has been appointed to the new Practice and Procedure Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a group of workers’ compensation judges and experienced attorneys who will work to make recommendations to enhance practice for both judges and attorneys.

The committee will work on best practices with the Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System along with consistency and efficiency.

Greene is Vice Chair of Weber Gallagher’s Workers’ Compensation Group and for the past 15 years has been teaching the “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation” course for Pennsylvania Bar Institute.  Next year, he will be writing chapters in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Practice & Procedure manual that is considered the “Bible” on workers’ compensation law in the state and teaching the Practice & Procedure course.

In Greene’s practice, he counsels employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators on how to best manage their Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims and works closely with his clients to provide appropriate risk management advice.
