Dawn M. Nicholson Joins Weber Gallagher

Dawn M. Nicholson will join Weber Gallagher as an associate this week in the firm’s Scranton office.  Nicholson will focus her practice in the area of workers’ compensation . 

Nicholson was a judicial clerk for The Honorable Richard J. Geiger, New Jersey Superior Court – Civil Division, Cumberland County, from August 2013 to August 2014.  During her clerkship, she drafted bench memoranda with recommendations to the Court, processed requests for withdraw and adjournment and assisted the Judge in a variety of duties.

She was also a judicial intern to the Honorable Reneé Marie Bumb, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage.  Nicholson worked as a summer associate in 2012 for Hill Wallack LLP in Princeton, NJ. 

She graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2013 and received a master’s in public affairs and politics from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, in May 2012.  She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg in 2005.
